Harmonic Damper. Professional Products’ Chevy small block 400 Harmonic Damper, 80003. Identical to the 80002/90002 but include a boltin counterweight that provides the necessary imbalance for externally balanced engines such as the 383 or 400. This damper can be easily converted to a neutral balance damper by simply unbolting the counterweight.
